I am having to continuously uninstall and reinstall Velixo Tools to use the distribution function. Is this a known issue or is there a work around?

This is the first I've heard of this.  I would suggest reaching out to the Velixo Help Desk (support@velixo.com) for assistance in troubleshooting.
