I am new to use Writeback function. For the first time, I used Journal transaction writeback and I get below error message. My guess is two step authentication is causing a problem. Is there anyway to resolve this issue without turning two- step authentication off?

It also sounds as though you may be using an older version Acumatica (before 2022R1, for example) or maybe OAuth2 has not been enabled within Acumatica: Universal/Generic Writeback not able to use two-factor authentication | Velixo

Are you logging in using single sign-on from Velixo as well? See here for how it should look: https://help.velixo.com/doc/main/classic/configure-single-sign-on-for-acumatica-based-erps
